The Sisters of Mercy are headlining London's Roundhouse on 25 & 26 May as part of their All Wires Red 2025 Tour.

T-shirts can be knocked up in an afternoon (see Rock City gag), are gobbled up and make a load of profit. Making records does not ( see How Music Works - D Byrne).

Gigs can break up the monotony of life.

He just posted something on Instagram praising the mish and their new song... Idk man Well he did watch them from the side of the stage at Mera Luna the other year, before playing with the Sisters. So he's obviously mates with them and a fan of the band. I doubt he's trying to do any stirring / win...

I think that there was someone else next to AE who has been cropped out before he was cut n pasted. That's why his arm is an odd shape.
