It's an incredible seque and arrangement. Just slowing the pace that fraction gives it so much more gravitas. And prime vocals too, he sounds incredible on this, makes Floyd sound a bit weedy which is no mean feat.
Better than KOHD.

If the band do have a problem with this, the "very, very simple solution" may very well be a cease-and-desist letter. Or an injunction. Way back when there was an issue with filesharing and an FTP server, didn't they just ask politely? As in "ask politely but carry a big stick"? There was definitel...

I'd assume he's on a retainer now between tours, just guessing though.
I can't imagine, having lost Chris, that AE would want to start over if Ben walked and his profile has been growing quite nicely.
