Wasn't meant as a moan - I'm glad she's back, just a friendly suggestion; I don't know a single person out here on the West Coast who still uses MySpace for promotion or anything. Facebook has some nice integration features for spreading the word - the recent Phono Reunions being an excellent exampl...

I always thoght Walk Away was as good a choice as any from the album. Not a favorite track, and some of the demo recordings of it have more "umph" than the final version. But still, I don't think the album is exactly dripping with singles. Probably one of the reasons WEA was pushing hard f...

MJ was a top entertainer. Saw him live in the 80s - not coz I was a fan, but just to get the experience. And a mighty experience it was too.

I think he's been so in-and-out of the news over the last 30 years, it feels like a family friend has died.

A sad day.

Yours... I'll just summarize... the major difference football and astrology, within this context, is that football does not pretend to give you answers about your life. Astrology does. That difference puts a big fundamental difference on the two activities.

Actually, I did a great deal of reading on this (and other religious and occult topics) in my teens. I can't name you a book because it was over 20 years ago. Best rest assured, I have read on the subject. As for your articles, they sound like the Monty Python sketch "how do you know she's a wi...

Geez nodubmanshouts, who on earth gave you the right to pass judgements like that? Nobody, and I'm not. I'm stating an opinion. We can't express opinions anymore without them being called "judgements"? (curious: who gave you the right to pass judgmement on ME?) If somebody finds something...

I agree that football is a completely pointless waste of time, but at least there is a possibility of having some fun while watching it, even if its just an excuse to hang out with mates and drink beer. Astrology on the other hand.... I mean, there's no just no excuse for its existence really is the...

Specifically, the main thing that turns me off is the chirpy bird noise which goes thru the whole song. While I love a repetitive beat, guitar line, bass line, or what have you, this particular noise is too angular and jarring to make the song enjoyable. To be fair, I did give the song another outin...

Well, I don't think it was well produced either. The thing about doing a cover is that it does, indeed, take you through the whole process.

I certainly don't mean to discourage you though. I'd like to see you improve.

I listen to The Sisters a lot in the gym - my favs are most of the pre- FALAA tracks, espeically

Heartland
Body Electric (1984)
Temple of Love
Train
Floorshow

I also listen to the Neph and Cult a lot when on the treadmill.

Live tracks are usually a few BPM faster and work great for me too!

"my opinion is the only one that matters" words to live by If you're trying to make a living making music, its important people like your music so they buy it so that you don't starve to death. I'd say "words to live by, occasionally, in very specific situations". Korin - songs ...

just because humans think that nuclear power can be handled safely
yeah... there's a growing movement to have the sun turned off too... because that's also powered by nuclear reactions, and is causing an increasing amount of skin cancer around the world.

Its just not safe
