Wasteland's guitar line is the same as Marian's bass line....

but Marian's guitar line contains the same notes in the same order with slightly different timings as Garden of Delight's guitar line. I think 8)

regular tours for us lot to enjoy I wouldn't quite say that  remember, they didn't step foot on stage until after the last studio album was in the shops  I think the deal the Sisters had probably wasn't that bad. Thing is, Vision Thing bombed and after that the record company lost interes...

So the question now is who owns the Sisters back catalogue? Is it all owned by WEA/Warners or has Von managed to keep hold of them? Not sure, there seem to have been a number of publishers over the years. I would hazard that the recordings belong to WEA from Body And Soul onwards, and are licensed ...

From what I understand, a 'tour thing' is seperate from a 'record thang'. The record company will usually invest in the tour, since the tour sells records, but that's not necessarily so. I seemd to recal Von bitching about the Record Company's lack of tour support in the past. That tour support can ...

Well, sounds like there might have been a version of Torch at the very least :D Sounds like its not very freely available though. I wish I knew exactly when Serepents/Garden Of Delight were from though.... they certainly sound like 1985 demos (more acoustic, more Mish like, more like the No Time To ...

1985 Demos

Before Wayne and Craig went their seperate way, they were apparently knocking out demos for a new album with Eldritch. I even recall after Craig left, that Eldritch and Hussey were working together in Germany. so the question is, did these demos ever surface? I'd thought Garden Of Delight might have...

I get a headache when Depeche Mode do weird things with stereo, let alone surround.

Having said that, how about a version of Ribbons where "INCOMING!" comes out of a random speaker each time? Now that would be cool... for a few minutes at least :D

Personally, I don't think the title has anything to do with WW2, but if somebody knows for sure...

I think its about his parents, deviating from the chosen career path, leaving Oxford, etc....

walking out after an argument with parent, being at a train station, waiting for the train...

I think the 'she' is his mum.

But I could be on crack :)

I love red wine, but prefer a Cabernet over Melot. Its not nerdy. For me, 1985 is better. Your mileage may vary. Also, a friend of mine in 1989 had the CD, and had never listened to the LP. (At this point, the CD had at least a few different versions of songs (FALAA, RAAHP,...), may not be exactly t...
