Re: Official Sisters Merch
All being well any merch remaining from the tour will make its way onto the shopify pretty soon. Another run of lovely head-warming beanie hats wouldn't go amiss either, dearest merchandisers :innocent:  So, in my experience the shop website is dreadful to use, I've tried android phone, kindl...

Re: Desire - European Tour Shirt
Hi! European Tour Shirts were not available in London. Any good soul willing to pick up one for me at upcoming shows? Of course I will pay for shirt and shipping. I'd appreciate it. :D You might want to post this in the Glasgow thread in the 2023 section, that's the last gig this year before ...

Re: live-gig.com recording
Metallica offer up all their gigs like this, but of course they are a magnitude above the Sisters in terms of fan base. The Mishun did it for their Brixton Academy gig in 2011 but as far as I know haven't done it since.

Re: Kai as a permanent member
It's very possible that aside of the handful of gigs in January the Sisters won't tour at all in 2024, so they don't need a permanent guitarist. As for crowdfunding, what for? When the band are on tour they get paid, other than that, they have no other duties. Do you want to pay Kai a retainer to ke...

Just been informed by the Wolverhampton Premier Inn that they have a burst water main ,we were given the option of "outbooking" to Dudley or cancelling. We've cancelled and looking at other options now.

Sisters gig #29 for me and one of the best I've seen. Von was nice and loud in the mix, as was the bass and the good Doktor. Decent view as well even from the back, which won't be the case on Sunday in Nottingham. Looking forward to Wolverhampton tonight now.

Re: 2023-11-15 The Marble Factory, Bristol, UK
Looks like The Knights Templar (Wetherspoons, boo!) for pre-gig drinks then... The Barley Mow is in the same area, little bit further on from the train station but just as close to the venue. It's a much nicer pub (but it isn't at all big) https://www.bristolbeerfactory.co.uk/pages/the-barley-mow I...

Just walked from the Ibis Hotel to the venue, only five minutes walk but it was a bit hairy, under a bridge, past a caravan park. Nice and close to the train station though.

Re: 2023-11-16 KK's Steel Mill, Wolverhampton UK
I decided to get a hotel in Birmingham because I couldn't find anywhere nearby so I thought it was just as handy to get somewhere there ... I'm hoping that wasn't a bad idea. You can get a tram from Birmingham to Wolverhampton, although a train might be quicker. The train takes about twenty minutes...

Life is full of new experiences, after 54 years of it I'll be arriving in Wolverhampton for the first time this coming Thursday. We're staying at the Novotel, which looks to the untrained eye like quite a distance to the Steel Mill. Does anyone know if there are any decent places near the venue to ...
