Whatever the song was, it weren't by the Sisters.
I seem to recall the guitar work was very Hussey like, together with a drum machine, but the vocals were neither Eldritch or Hussey

Re: Rosetta Stone, Under the Weather

Since finishing Miserylab, Porl also released stuff under the In Death it Ends name, but it wasn't my sort of t...

Rosetta Stone, Under the Weather

I recently got a copy of the new Rosetta album....very much a continuation of Porls Miserylab and Rosetta output the last few years. Not as dynamic as the classic stuff, and a bit samey, but I rather like it. Any thoughts?

Re: Emily. Strange demo track question.

Was trawling through some old posts and was wondering if anything ever came of the investigation into this track. I must have had it somewhere on a long gone pc, but can't find anywhere to download and listen to it now

Stick a back country accent on it and it could easily become PWEI!

Boy, you must have your friends rolling around in laughter......of course I'm assuming you have 'real' friends. I tend to wonder though when people have, say, 1008 or so posts on a forum. I only have 30 odd....wonder why that is.

Not sure of the exact reasons why Clint didn't make the show in time, but it was something along those lines, and I seem to recall it involved a visa.

As for the clothes, I will do some more research

Just thought I would add some comments here. Although I haven't spoken to Oscars dad/mom directly, I can only assume these items are genuine. I will endevour to check and have a look. If anybody bothers to check Oscars web site, they will see that it is a genuine charity (I should know as I have rai...

From what I have read its not that good....cobbled together by Jungle and a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I will still try to get one, if only for the cover...I have always liked that image (the true spirit of The Nephilim)

I think the second Merry Thoughts album is class..... Low Violet is a brilliant track (although it has always reminded me of Heartland) Of course they sound and look like the Sisters, but they do have some great tunes, and are by far the best band out of all the Goth/Sisters clone groups (Star Indus...

Im pretty sure this photo was from the Festival (Lorelei?) where they announced the Vision Thing tour dates in summer '90. The band (I think minus Tim Bricheno) appeared on stage just prior to the Nephilim performance.

There is some truth in this.... his name is mentioned in the credits of SGWBM (as Dave Humphrey), and Gary Marx has mentioned him in replys from the Ghost Dance page in relation to the gig in 81 at the Futurama festival in Stafford....the quote from Gary as follows... I thought the cd wasnt too bad upon first release, but cant say Ive played it much since. I managed to see 2 solo shows, and thought she put on a good performance..then again back in those days I was probably a bit more smitten than what I would be now, gazing through Floodland tinted glasses.
