Similar provisions are apparently tucked into the much scarier Trans-Pacific Partnership, where they are likely to go unnoticed.

Just discovered Yellowstone Park is still closed for the winter :x First time I've made it out this way in almost 20 years (and last time I was a teenager instead of a full grown scientist).
