Was just thinking that the site needed a stock replenish generally. Wanted to get either 1985, Gift or RH shirt in L but not much at all in that size. Hopefully they might get some more general stuff in as well..........

@ chaotician : certainly the smallest thing can scale-up rapidly and vastly influence things (i once got ejected from motorhead at the birmingham indoor arena and dragged out half-naked into the snow by 6 security -venue , not MH "road-crew"- for a good-kicking. a rowdy crowd up at the front had le...

Good solid show from the band with good sound. No set surprises. Best bit for me was Valentine and Flood II. Only thing I didn't like was the crowd, bunch of old blokes trying to impress each other. Lame. Yep. That sums it up pretty well. I thought the sound was very good. Did Von take issue with i...

Other than the 2 promos it's not actually so "Sisters-y". It's more like the Chapter 22 period Mish & it's not half bad. I turned my back on them when Masque was released, but I am finding this one very appealing. I agree. So Wayne is accurate in his description, I guess, as Chapter 22 Mish was dir...

When I tried to download this via the SoMGTh link, I got one of those "your computer is infected and they have your card details - call this toll-free number now" phishing pop-ups along with computer generated voice. Had to run a virus scan. Luckily it was nothing serious and merely trying to draw ...

Good to see. They still haven't replenished stocks of the Reptile House Ltd T shirt in mens sizes though. Hoping they may have some on the upcoming tour and that I can pick one up in Brum.

I like The Mish (especially the first two albums) although I haven't actually bought any of their records since Carved In Sand (I think). The new album has had a few good reviews and the general consensus is that it has an old style m*****n/Sisters type sound to it (at least more so than anything in...

Does your band ever play down Laandon way? Sadly, The Marching Men split nearly two years ago, now. The furthest south we made was Nottingham (and we have our passports stamped to prove it). Amazingly, we still get the odd new Like on our Facebook page. Good luck with the bass, whilst I'll never pr...

Brilliant, cheers. Have just taken up the bass at the tender age of 48. I can play Emma and Lucretia thus far (fairly sure I've worked out Fix as well). This'll be a great aid. Thanks. Good ones to start out on. Try Burn, Alice or Marian next. Thanks Norm. Will give them a go. I picked up the other...

Difficult to choose. Voted for 'Summer' but could just as easily have gone for 'Crash & Burn' or 'Suzanne'.....or even 'Still', which I really like as well, even though it doesn't seem to get much love.

Most of these are just album covers or band logos - there's little, if anything, that's uniquely a t-shirt design. It might as well be greatest album cover (again) or greatest logo. And it's a fairly conservative and unimaginative selection. They could have gone for some tour-specific shirts, or so...

if i was moved to vote (which i'm not) i'd have to vote for the motorhead - england shirt. The Pistols one would get my vote. Most of them are pretty iconic and look ace - especially Motorhead, Unknown Pleasures and, of course, the Sisters one. The controversy and offence (bizarre to think now, I k...

I was at The Roundhouse on Sunday night and, as a curmudgeonly, approaching 50 year old pain in the arse, I enjoyed the whole experience a lot more than I thought I would.
