Oh, and a load of quite nicely printed boots too, not sure what the ethical angle on that is? :-/

I paid a pretty penny for them, but this was 10/15 years back...

Yeah, sorry about the images, currently in transition from Photoshop to GIMP and haven't ironed out the quirks yet.

Got most of the vinyl (not the *really* old stuff, but alice 12" onwards) and all the old CD singles too.

Loads of random Sisters stuff for sale

Right, I'm old school so hopefully won't get told to Mish off to ebay. Sold some shirts there recently, but the way I see it I'm giving the real fans a chance to grab the good stuff. Basically selling my entire life (yes, everything) and moving to London, so that includes all my Sissies stuff. I'll ...

Generous chap that you are.

Think it might be time to sell my archive of sisters nonsense. I've got shedloads of old stuff, full run of UtG etc.

yeah, f**k it, I'm moving house and haven't opened that box in years. I'll stick an ebay linky up next week.

I quite like the lower volume -- doesn't have to be earbleedingly loud. We could still hardly hear Vons vocals even with that level of sound. I did enjoy it, but 'pale imitation' doesn't even come close to describing the experience. I like what Chris brings to the band -- his enthusiasm really comes...

'Wear white'. Lolz.

We're not all dodgy darklings you know.

Looking forward to it, it's been too long. Hope they take it easy with the smoke, saw feck all last time.

I just know my girlfriends going to *hate* it.

GLASS gig

Well I'm going to keep promoting them till you all turn up :-D Glass's 3rd gig is in Leeds (ish) so there's less excuse for many of you. We're hitting Batley Frontier Club where it hurts, this Sunday night. It all kicks off at 8pm, and the talent (us) will grace the stage around 10pm. Links to chown...

Omg, that is a painful article. I still can;t get through a full page in the NME without getting incredibly angry and having to put it down.

My favourite line is the one saying Bat for Lashes *must* be Goth because of 'Natasha Khan being a major Cure fan'.

I wasn't aware that was all it took.

They're getting some quality support slots. Expect their headliners (esp on cold Sunday nights in York) to be pretty dead though.

Ipso Facto -- York, Sunday 8th March

This is probably the long shot of long shots, but the vaguely dodgy-darkling stylings of Ipso Facto (http://www.myspace.com/ipsofactomyspace) are gracing the stage of Fibbers in York this Sunday.

Supported by the sublime Glass (http://www.myspace.com/thesoundofglass) natch.

Run like the wind! Being a Sisters fan is one long litany of shame, upset and disappointment.

Just past my 18th year of Sisters fan(ny)dom... wouldn't change it for the world :-D

He's had a really busy few years so that's fair enough really. Guess he's getting to the stage where he just wants to enjoy himself and not take things so seriously. Not sure them and Janes make a sensible lineup, but here's a massive early 90's vibe that I would enjoy and they both put on awesome s...

Haha, two. That's rubbish. I should have gotten three even if I guessed them all.

In fairness the only two I got are the last two, because they've both been used extensively in comic books... I am such a philistine.
