having said that, i still don't see how a (relatively) small, (relatively) contained war in iraq is going to cause the collapse of capitalism and a new depression. Sorry for being speech-y and not even very good at it. My original point was simply that I hope that the above doesn't happen. That's a...

i think it's disingenous to claim that the world economy is anything other than a capitalist based model. Yes, okay, but please try to forget capitalism for a second. Call it what you want, whatever it is it will also effect Iraq too. My point is that if world economy, or let's just call it Al, if ...

I'm neither. The war's there. It has started. I hope it's short and sweet and that it doesn't effect the world economy god yeah - woe betide an illegal and immoral war slows down the tide of multinational capitalism I said I hope it won't effect it "too much", since it then would effect a lot of ot...

Hello again. The way Wayne tells it Adams walked out, with Andrew stating the legendary "well, that got rid of the dead wood", and then Wayne left a day later.

Yes, apparently Andrew did sing some of Waynes lyrics, despite what's been told to the press and radio. Wayne explained that Andrew were very disappointed in his lyrics and was quoted to have said "I can't sing these". And Andrew told everyone interested that he liked the music Wayne produced during...

Blue Monday starts with a drummachine that goes ompf ompf ompf ompf dadadadada and the line "how does it feel, to treat me like you do". Later on, lyrically, they walk down to the beach. I must confess that I don't find the similarities overwhelming, but I may be wrong and I haven't investigated it ...

James Ray were on stage with the Sisters, in Montreaux for instance, playing Gibson guitar and saxophone, during the Floodland-era. Playback, but still. I wouldn't be very surprised if they collaborated somewhat during Floodland, but I can't tell for sure. I had both of them, Mexico Sundown Blues an...

From what I understand you can't tell unless you check the engraving in the groove. I bought a copy long ago, paid an embarrasing large amount of money for it, and it sure looked like the real thing, but it didn't have that inprint 'for Spiggy', nor the right figures, etched into it.

"the last big sisters mtv outing was 120 minutes around the release of vision thing, eldy and some tart in an empty beerkeller as far as memory serves..." Do you mean Pip Dann? Or Andreas Bruhn perhaps? Pip Dann did PostModern with Andrew and Andreas in the Hamburg Fish Market. And then that King gu...

Hello and thank you. Well I'm alltogether new. I found this place while looking for, I don't know, interviews I think. No, a Floodland inner sleeve picture it was. Anyways, I've been a Sisters-fan since '86 and it all started with Heartland and Tempel of Love.

Hi. There's a bootleg with an alternative version of Burn with that piece of lyrics in it, not sung backwards or anything. I think it's on Hard Reign. I can't remember if the song is entitled Burn, or something else, because it's an entirely different tune alltogether. Maybe someone else knows? And ...
