Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

It’s not Christmas until I’ve had a good blub to this

Somewhere on a tiny planet

Lithuanian Christmas pop all day today
The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

If I had to guess, the designer wanted the treeline to look like it is descending, and since we read left-to-right in the West, flipped it that way. Just a guess though. Now that I am thinking about it, it also helps create a sense of motion from left to right that goes along with the text. I guess I did learn something during my brief time in art school.

Ah yes, that does make sense.

Also, the vast majority of their listeners probably aren't the sort of astronomy nerd that would even notice. ;D

I listened to Zoon by The Nefilim (which I realised is supposed to be pronounced "zoh-on") for the first time in ages the other day. It really holds up surprisingly well - apart from McCoy's voice straining to reach some of the higher notes
