Break on through to The Other Side!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Think of a person.

Any person.

Well, they have to be relatively famous.

And dead.

Play the fun game. Go on, you don't have a life either, who are you trying to kid? :P

She was unable to recognise; Sir John Jellicoe, British Commander-in-Chief of the British Grand Fleet which engaged the German Navy at the Battle of Jutland in 1916, in which Rear-Admiral Hood of the 3rd Battlecruiser squadron was killed, a distant ancestor of...Surgeon-Commander Tim Sinister!

Oh dear, Doris has lost the plot. I answered all questions honestly and she thought Sid Vicious was ... Neville Chamberlain ... :urff:

I can see where the confusion came in ...

I tried Jimi Hendrix, then George Harrison.
She guessed Frank Zappa and John Lennon respectively.

She mistook Len Bias for Janis Joplin. Sad. Would anyone around here have known who Len Bias was without checking online?

Thanks boudicca, but it's not something you can casually drop into conversation to pick up chicks. Unless you were impressed...?

TheHam, well said. Unfortunately, with most of the flagships heavily hit, the idea of trooping into a German port was probably not all that appealing. We hung onto the North Sea, and therefore the strategic victory was ours.

As for this automated Death Game, I think there's still some kinks to be worked out in the questioning system.

Very interesting.

I tried John Pertwee and it came up with William Hartnell.
