I realise this isn’t really important to anyone but Sisters setlist obsessives, but after reading both Hussey’s Salad Daze and Waiting for Another War, I’m starting to think that the Wake video has become the official document of the concert, slightly differing from the reality.
Listening to the audience recording of the gig, (or watching the bootleg filmed from the side) which I’d heard before the video was released, they play Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, and immediately segue into Train.
And Eldritch doesn’t say the semi legendary ‘thank you, and goodbye’ after Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, he says ‘This smells like… goodbye’. The ‘goodbye’ that ends the Wake film is actually uttered at the end of Train.
So Train is definitely the last song of the night (which seems to match the usual setlist for all the previous dates) before the lengthy break and Lemmy’s encouragement to get back on and play Ghost Rider/Louie Louie.
And while we’re talking about editing, some of that crowd noise on the video has to be a little bit of post production enhancement!

Yes, there was IIRC also some shuffling around or removal of between-song banter, as well as shortening or removal of Doktor intros from some of the songs, most noticeably NTTC and I think Possession.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
