Site update [Dominion]

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

It would appear the guys have been at least busy with something...!

;D

They have themselves a new ERROR page, and quite funny it is too for anyone that remembers the original text-based adventure games

Interestingly enough, Mik Foggin (from the Dominion mailing list) offered his take on the text:
"A chain of godforsaken mountains lies rooding on the western skyline."
The Pennines. Built by God to keep the Scum out of Yorkshire.

"A road leads south to the train station"
Cardigan Lane / Kirkstall Road

"and there is a well-trodden path to the east."
To the pub? Either the Royal Park OR The Favershame are in the right direction...

"Horizontal rain prevents you from seeing much more"
It gets like that here.... (I can vouch for that! QB)

"go south"
To the railway station

"Platform 1: west to Criminal City and The Slough Of Despond."
Manchester or Liverpool. Take your pick.

"Platform 2 for southbound trains terminating in the Land Of Fake Jazz Nonsense"
The intercity departures to London from platform 5.....

"At The Chemist"
The Chemist needs no explanation from me...

"Above The Chemist"
.. and neither does this...
Nice one Mik!

;-)
