according to mr marx, the band were fans of JD at the time.

whether von would admit to that know is a different matter, however ;)

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Welcome to Ryan, and my thanks to everyone for posting links, the setlist, and photos from Sonisphere.

Keep 'em coming.

Thanks for the link to the pix... awesome photos! Loving the wristbands, lol. Good to see Killing Joke getting good reviews as well, they are a class act as well.

"Ben Christo and Chris Catalyst appeared out of the thick smoke and onto the stage. Andrew Eldritch's haunting voice in the "Afterhours" covered the crowd and drew everyone in to what was to be an exceptionally well produced and unforgettable show."

Was Andrew singing the intro this time? I don´t think that´s true..

This clip from a review however, I find perfectly true....

"The Sisters Of Mercy have never had a shining reputation when it comes to performing live. These eyes have seen them on numerous occasions and each time the sound was muddy with the crowd only able to snatch bits of melody when the speakers allowed. What never helps is if a band messes with their songs..."

Am I surprised?
