Unknown songs and demos, who wrote what, who sang what, the usual biographies, discography gubbins, photos of Eldritch with no sunglasses, etc, etc, etc, yadda, yadda, yadda....

Was chatting about the 'old days' and my friend mentioned a version of Alice we heard at Rock-City with a flanged or vocoder effect on the vocals. Anyone know what or where it is?

No, this was way before then. 84 or 85. Jonathon the club manager/DJ used to get sent lots of pre release stuff, we presumed it was something like that. Remember him playing This corrosion a week or so before that came out. Hmm! those were the days! :D

I have a single of Doctor Jeep that was for radio stations and such kind of usage. The desription of this is, it has a black cover with only a blue sticker notices *NOT FOR SALE* - Promotional Usage Only or something like that...
A friend of mine give it to me as gift after one of his trips in London

It has 2 different versions of Doctor Jeep, the one is slightly different in the mix with every other version i have ever heard and has in 2-3 points of the song some effects never appeared in other studio recordings of the song... :)
Maybe this has happened before with Alice... :roll:
