Unreleased songs

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Anyone know where I can download a compilation of them?

I did have a set but that computer died and all the links I can find on this forum or google (including where I got them in the first place) point to megaupload. I lie I also found a rapidshare link to a file that no longer exists.

Would be much obliged if anyone could help out.

I never cared much for war on drugs (sounds like an inferior floorshow) but I do miss romeo down and a few others.

Although, with the recent gigs being so good, you might be best served by sifting through some of the newer bootlegs yourself, like M'Era Luna for Rain From Heaven, and Stockholm and the Roundhouse for Arms and Summer and for all around grooviness. There are good versions of Romeo Down on youtube as well, like the ones from Event Horizon and Dresden 2001, or if you can find Budapest 2009 in the sharing section that's a great one too.

I didn't realise there were so many new songs! This site has been a very pleasant revelation! Thanks for the welcome. Last saw the band live a couple of tours ago. Hoping a Glasgow date is added to the new UK dates.

i have to say that although the versions on this compilation may well be the better quality recordings, they aren't necessarily the best versions of them performance wise, especially vocally. i have therefore uploaded .flac copies of "Still" (my title) which was the best-versions of the new songs doing the rounds when the song "still" was first unveiled (2006).

it is available HERE for a limited time. :von:

Thanks for the reminder on Still, downloading as we speak.

I couldn't find the link for the actual MP3 of Good Things on Circle's page, am I being stoopid? If not, anyone know of a working linky?

He took the link down. It was throwing up malware alerts to some people.
Cheers.
