"While we're waiting for the next one to arrive!"

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

1. Another Victim Mix
2. Hard Mix
3. inter alia album version
4. A Jazz Odyssey

and that's going to be it for a little while folks. Hope you enjoy Inter Alia and The Romeo Down E.P.

The only other Sisters cover we would like to touch up would be Crash and Burn. With Mr. Salyn's help preferably. ;)

I see Jost 7 looking for vocals on Summer, would rather have a much better version than my current one so I'll do vocals on this if you still need?

Also see an instrumental of Slept from nonesuch, needing vocals on this?

I see 8 live links are the rest in the list not available?

Anyone done a bit of artworks yet?

Yes, it has been a few years.

I have finally put together my own 'solo' album.

It contains some Sisters covers which were presented here awhile back and have now finally been completes per se.

Enjoy.

Your own composition, Crook and Flail, is pretty good. I'd be interested to hear the version with lyrics (although I'm a bit scared of finding out what the title might mean!)
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

The lyrics were atrocious. The title is a reference to the whole Egyptian mythology like on the cover. Crook and Flail is what the pharaohs hold - power and judgement.
I thought this song would have been a good fit for the Sisters, especially the current line up.
