What’s the difference between a buffalo and a bison?
Will do. Key sales pitch here is 'plays everything you can throw at it.' Which is what us dodgy disc people need.Quiff Boy wrote:been toying with the idea of getting a 2nd cheapo dvd player especially for all those discs that my 200 quid one wont play

Loki was never worshiped as the other Gods,
Which is quite understandable.

As with most gigs we get the usual muttering from Andy and he seemed quite happy to play in the adopted home of the Sisters. He even invited us to meet him in the ASDA (UK supermarket) at New Pudsey (a town just outside Leeds).

Does that mean:Francis wrote:Mine's from Littlewoods. 40th birthday present from Pam. She's still paying for it.
a) it was rather an expensive little number or,
b) Littlewoods do 5 year credit ?
or
c) your'e not referring to the DVD player at all
Why do keyboards get so dirty?
@ QB - Not bad. Not bad at all. Has played eveything I chucked at it so far with one exception. So, all the DVD/VCDs that have been weeded on here plus some other dodgy homemade stuff I have.
I haven't attempted to twiddle about to get the exception to play yet as this would involve me:
a) Reading the instruction booklet, and
b) Knowing what I'm doing.
Incidentally, the correct ASDA ching-ching pat yourself on the bottom rollback price is £34.97. There'd misquoted me and I must admit the customer services person who attempted to extract another tenner from me, bearing in mind it was a friday evening and I was very cranky after a weeks commuting, was very brave. Suffice to say she failed.
Price includes Scart lead and batteries for the remote.
