A little drink in Stringa...?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Tiffany's grab-a-granny night. Worked for me in 1986. :innocent:

Edit: need a slash.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.

Aye, I'll be there, wherever there turns out to be! Leeds may have lost the Duchess but it's also recently lost Big Lil's so not all doom and gloom...

Not sure of the how and why, collapsed under the weight of blood and teeth possibly, though it's not exactly a loss. Until you start to consider where the clientele might move on to...

I'd come too, only I'm monstrously hung-over courtesy of the boss yesterday afternoon and evening :urff: It's alright for him, he can skive off whenever he wants

I take it the night continued for a bit after the lightweights like myself went home then?

Quiffy, Jansenclone and Dave R - it was an honour and a pleasure to meet you guys and I hope we can do it again sometime. Made a stranger in a strange city feel very welcome. Cheers lads.

...and yes, I did make it up at 5am this morning

Cheers! I should imagine it wouldn't be too hard to do that again, it doesn't usually take much to get us to the pub! Even if the pub makes certain moderator types come over all confused about the difference between putting things in their pocket to take home with them and leaving them behind on the seat... :innocent:
