right then boys 'n gals, i'm off on my holibobs soon.
spending a week daaarn sarf, near ms strange and BoF in fact!
mrs qb's parents have rented a cottage here and we'll be taking the mutt with us and joining them for a few days rest
so today is the last day i'll be posting for a HOLE week!
which is a little like a WHOLE week, but has no middle to it.
think of it like as being like a polo mint. obviously.
anyroad-up, i wont be back until next friday evening/saturday morning, so play nice or paddy & the chairman will sort you out.
there may be an announcement made on monday - i've laid the foundations for it and paddy will be pressing the button to activate it (i believe the expression is "make it so!" ) - its good news and we hope you'll see the benefits. i'll certainly appreciate it.
so have a good week, pop kids. & see you in a few days
see you in a few days

Southwold isn't exactly...how you say...lively!...most of the population is city dwellers in weekend holiday homes...
could be worse tho...could be in Clacton! with essex girls!

Southwold's really nice. Used to go on family holidays there as a kid. Happy innocent childhood days.
Was up there a few weeks back with the elusive woman of my dreams (no, not the Hammerette, for those who are still paying attention. I actually _like_ this one). Still very nice, hardly changed and great fish'n'chips. Adnams brewery is also worth a look.
Still a long way to go just to escape Sheff Utd v Sunderland, though!

The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

Nono, "ahhh" isn't piratey. "Arrrr!" would have been though. but none of that matters, because paddy is actually steve the pirate and HAS to talk like that. it's a tradition or an old charter or something...James Blast wrote:Talk Like A Pirate Day was last week PaddyPadstar wrote:Ahhhhh... even the machinations of QB cannot provide sucha bounty as THAT!
