Jamie Theakston in ex-goth shock!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Well, it was a shock to me anyway, and apologies to overseas readers who maybe aren't aware who Theakston is (ex UK children's TV presenter).

On page 524 of Ceefax (I was bored, ok!? ), he states that his musical preferences were The Fall, The Sisters of Mercy and Bauhaus, and that one of his favourite albums used to be Adam and the Ants' Kings of the Wild Frontier!
Blimey!

The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

Am thankful it's your own eyes....
To not know and to ask a question is a moment of embarrassment; to not know and not ask is a lifetime of shame.

didya see her on GMTV flirting with JJ Burnell*?! the woman has no shame :|
She tried to impress t'stranglers with a tartan skirt - when JJ asked if that was her family tartan (her being scottish y'see...) she said "it's from marks and spencers - it's red".
And that's swhy punk rock and daytime telly don't go together.

*just me then? ok.
