Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. I've recently moved and am now bed bound due to knackeredness. Censequontly it's time to post. 8)

So why and how did people decide on their screen names? Mine derives from an anagram of my fore and middle names.

As for me, well, my first name is Mark, and a few years ago (before they started charging money :evil:) I had an email address with another.com that was mark@fiend.co.uk. So I signed up to a few messageboards as markfiend and it kind of stuck.

on the first forum I ever signed in I wanted to cover up my back because my first posts were quite nasty (it was on a sports forum btw...)
it kinda stuck....I've changed to a lot of variations on "rand" afterwards...like randgeval, randdinges, randje, rand or rand corp....
when I arrived here I thought getting back to my "roots" :lol: hence the ²

d00meh is "d00mie" with a Sheffield accent, and if you can't imagine how i arrived at d00mie from d00mw0lf, you must be special in a "poiny hat" kind of a way.

Professor Von Darkness (the other part of my "Professor d00mw0lf Von Darkness" pseudonym) was given to me by Jaimz Riot during a debate on the robin black messageboard - because i knew far too much about fields of the nephilim.... i think i was supposed to be giving lessons in gothology or summat....

John, ergo Johnny Boy, invented by my mother as father was also John and it was designed to avoid confusion when I lived at home (ie we both answered her or both ignored her) but then I realised there was a already another 'Boy' on here and everyone abbreviated me to JB anyway. Riverting stuff, I know. :innocent:
Loki was never worshiped as the other Gods,

Hope I'm not irritating my old mates too much repeating again the story how I became pikkrong in AudioGalaxy because I didn't want to be Indrek333 (or francois777) or UnderTheGun69 or NoLoveLost96 or LongTrain696. So I just translated long train into Estonian and I didn't need any numbers :)

Well, I can tell you my choice of name came about because of the witty implications of the Crtl-Alt-Delete computer command, and had nothing at all to do with not being able to come up with something terribly clever during registration.

That, and Quiff Boy was already in use.
I would have done something, but I was overwhelmed by a lack of concern.
