do they speak a form of spanish in peru? being south american an' alll...?!?

anyone speak spanish (properly, not like babelfish!) and care to translate just to make sure he gets the message?

In my experience, anyone who writes like that and is asking for rare stuff is gonna annoy the hell out of you, over and over again, without learning a fucking thing. :roll:

Ive had at least 3 of them pop us over the last few months on various message boards. They reckon they can play me for the fool.
