Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.
Hi Everyone
It's time to put an end to all the speculation and announce that Pop Will Eat Itself are reforming to play a couple of dates in January 2005.
The dates are :
Sat 22 UK, Birmingham, Academy
Sun 23 UK, Birmingham, Academy
Mon 24 UK, London, Shepherds Bush Empire
Tickets will be available exclusively through the PWEInation site from October 8th, they will then be available from October 12th through normal channels.
It's been interesting following all the speculation for the last few weeks !
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their continuing interest in all things PWEI, and look forward to seeing you at the shows.
We are interested in your opinion about set-lists etc., and we have a wide range of material under consideration for the live shows - let us know your thoughts.
We're really looking forward to this!
Thanks again
Richard March, Clint Mansell, Graham Crabb, Adam Mole, Fuzz Townshend

As I already stated at what Toadie has referred to as the "other place", I am all over this! And hope to the gods that they make it stateside in the upcoming new year.
you scare me Dave R, sometimes at least I saw 'em, 3 times, back in the day

I choose carefully where I take my blind drunk falling over ass to see my fave PoP bands

Just got my PWEI tickets for the first night at The Academy (I must admit I still call it The Hummingbird out of nostalgia).... what joy... I was concerned I would get SOLD OUT flash across my screen. And the wife is happy, as I thought I'd better get her a ticket as well. It will be just like old days, if I can put work, the kids and mortgage out of my mind for a night.... oh and suddenly grow my hair long and black again... you can't have everything. I expectto see a few people come out of the woodwork for this one.
Oh Lord this is brilliant news - I'm all a flutter now...
Crap, just realised they won't be coming to Jo'burg yet.
Hal - can you and I organise the funds to get them out here d'ya think??
Ah well, we can only hope.

starting mailing the people at www.alter-ego.co.za. If they can sell a Walk Away single for R450 they can do anything.
It would be worth the trip up to Gauteng, that's for bloody sure
