Anyone ever dealt with someone from brazil ?

or... better has anyone ever dealt with eBay user-id rhuan

Claims to have send package by airmail (declared as gift for $10 USD) and after almost 3 weeks: nothing received

On top of that: I asked for the package to be send by registered airmail, but remains vague if I ask if he sent it registered ...

Sorry, just wanted to vent some frustration here :|

I bought some records from that guy in the past and they've arrived well, so no worries here. Can't remember how much time it took though. (Also shipped from Brazil to Belgium.)
