Well I for one watched it. Top banana.
My mum just informed me she's trying to get to sleep but has "that John Peel song" - guess! - going round in her head. I suggested she indulged in a little bit of pogoing to relax herself.

I could have quite happily watched that all night The only tiny little fly in the ointment was that "radio critic", criticising John's "other job" on Radio 4 . How dare someone not stay in the neat little category that the "meeja" pop them in. But anyway, it wasn't about her
Probably Mark E. Smith's from t'other night

T'was indeed a fine programme.
Only a paand.
I enjoyed it. Only at the end did it dawn on me that I'd seen the 60th anniversary programme (that made up the bulk) before. It was good to see him again. Believe it or not, my better half didn't sleep well that night, thinking about him and poor Sheila. Aaahh... I'm still sad myself, and will be whenever I think about him. Seeing Sheila and John catching the chickens did make me feel especially sad. It'll be a big 'farm' with no John in it.
