Dead Can Dance in a venue like Bozar is like a breath of fresh spring air, btw.

If you like them on CD, go see them live. The DVD is indeed not so spectacular, coz you miss the vibe and the atmosphere they spread during live concerts.

Seemingly nothing much going on, but you leave the venue with a weird content feeling, feeling ampty and clean :-)

Now where's that other stash I've hidden somewhere??

Well, www.ryanair.com will oblige, and www.easyjet.com might help. Trouble is both will start from London Stansted which isn't particularly close to Portugal. I don't think either airline is flying to Riga direct from their continental hubs, and even if they were those hubs tend to be places like Milan, Barcelona, Frankfurt and other non-Portuguese types.

To make matters worse, flying to Stansted even renders a quick trip into London impractical: as airport descriptions go it's a tad misleading. File under Brussels-Charleroi or (a personal favourite) Paris-Amiens.
