I don't know if any other Heartlanders were there, but I should report that Messires Cave & co were on top form last night at the Brixton Academy.
A lot of stuff played from the latest CD, and two excellent encores with some storming versions of Deanna, City of Refuge and the Mercy Seat.
If you're going to see him at one of the forthcoming dates then you're in for a good time.

For sure it was a great concert.
Pitty that Nick forgot Portugal on their tour dates. That is not normal.

If I bump into him around Brighton I'll pass on your displeasure at the lack of Portugese datesmoonchild wrote:lazarus corporation wrote: storming versions of Deanna, City of Refuge and the Mercy Seat.

Was there Friday night as well. Top stuff. Even if he does tend to resemble a malevolent stick insect.
Names are just a souvenir ...

well, that description also applies to a singer from another band who we tend to chat about even more frequently on this site...andymackem wrote:... Even if he does tend to resemble a malevolent stick insect.
