The Damned - Liverpool - Spare tickets

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Anyone fancy going to see The Damned this Sunday in Liverpool???

One of our mates has dropped out so there are 2 tickets going spare.

Anyone who wants them get in touch.... I can guarantee they will be cheaper than buying them on the night.

My mate was taking some girl with him who we don't know so that's the reason there are 2 tickets  :D

And he is big? Looks like Benny from ABBA. :D :D

I can't make that gig, but for any one that could I advise you go for it.

Seen The Damned many, many times over the last few years and never seen a bad gig!

Perhaps there's a bootleg made? There was some guy at the back on the sound board, so maybe he recorded it. Time for Debaser to start his search for Damned bootlegs.

Speaking of bootlegs, does anyone know where I can download "Flood III" and "Ripsters Of Mercy"? And maybe the Jap mixes of FALAA. :innocent:

Anyone going to the Leeds Poly gig tomorrow? (Sorry but I can't get my head round this "Metropolitan University" bollocks.)

Not going to spoil the gig for you but the Liverpool one was superb. It ended with Captain showing the red whip marks on his bum (wanted to say arse but thought better of it) to the crowd. :D :D

Are there any circumstances in which the Captain can be persuaded to keep his clothes on?

It was a cracking gig :D

However, it wasn't so much Sensible's arse that was scary, but the fact that when he came back on dressed as a schoolgirl, his hair made him bear a startling similarity to Boris Johnson. ;D

Fantasy pop duets anyone

He did that at Lincoln too. "Suzy Lollipop" apparently, was his name. He threw his underwear into the crowd, and at the end, made a stage crew person wear the wig and hold the guitar.

Brilliant.

I only just noticed I've reached the nice level of Amphetamine Filth. Go Dark. =)

Already a member, with those files.

And none of those mp3s are of Flood 3 or Ripsters Of Mercy, but cheers anyway. Does anyone know of the group(s) Jansen put them in?
