Drink? (Redux)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Myself and Mr FFS Dave are meeting up in O'Neill's (MAP) around 7:30 tomorrow evening (Wednesday 8th December) if anyone else who happens to be in or around Leeds fancies a bevvy or three?

Yeah, I was going to post about that.

Explanation in order for the rest of you methinks: It turns out that a house I used to live in (the aforementioned 10 Churchill Gardens) with some extremely dodgy people (amphetamine dealers, heroin users and burglars ) after I moved out, a certain FFS moved in!

Spooky coincidence!

 Arf.

In order, I was....dealt to, horrified by, and eventually burgled. Undoubtedly by the same lowlife that nicked Mr Fiend's stuff. Nice housemates. I suspect the proximity of the place to The Fenton was it's only selling point. That and the 24 hour drug abuse. 8)

So....anyone other Heartlander's ever spent time in the darker recesses of 10 Churchill Gardens?

If we wrote a book about the place, people would think it was a bad rip-off of Trainspotting.

Very odd people. Have you ever looked after someone's stuff while they're being "burgled"?

They moved all his stuff round to ours, made his house look like it had been broken into, then claimed off the insurance.

At least I got a week playing Sonic 2 on their Sega Megadrive. Very good game, especially with *ahem* certain chemical enhancements *ahem*. I clocked the whole game in a single 18-hour session
