Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.
not done a "welcome new member" thread for a while have we? so here's a warm welcome to ms (?) byron, and a more general welcome to everyone else that has signed on the dotted line recently
What’s the difference between a buffalo and a bison?
many thanks! I think I will be a frequent guest here, if my broadband provider allows it - seems that Apple Macs and tiscali don't mix very well!
Tschuss!

perhaps it should be explained to Elektra_byron that there exists a (friendly) schism on this forum between those who use PCs, and those who prefer the cartoon-style over-priced toy that is the Apple-Mac.

those Mac users can rave about the good points of their beloved machines untill they turn amusing shades of blue - doesn't distract from the fact that even if i bought *nothing* else ever, it'd still take me about 3 years tosave up enough to buy one.
