At the risk of cursing my next business jolly, all my recent flights have
been bang on time.
Stranded anywhere interesting Corpy?

We rarely bother with such common sense where I work.CorpPunk wrote:Not interesting so much as comfortable. Luckily I checked my flight status before I left home.
Of course the majority of staff get paid travelling time, so there is
an upside to having to sit around airport lounges (as long as it's
going to the job and not returning home).
Recently, I managed to persuade the company to spring for a full
price ticket to allow me to change the return flight, the argument being
that it would save paying out travelling time.
Very altruistic of me?
Not really, it also entitles you access to the BA Courtesy Lounge, where I
spent a very pleasant two hours (We were finished very early) being
paid to drink free Jack Daniels while reading The Guardian.
If only every day at work could be like that!

Off to play
That garage's just by where we live; we'd been out for lunch. (Yes I know you said evening. Saturday lunch tends to turn into an all-day drinking binge)

Have fun. If you fancy seeing the coast while you're in the UK then drop me an email and jump on a train to Brighton.
