Trying to find an old thread, help wanted ?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

We had a lengthy discussion on here about gigs missing from the TSOM gigography list (the thread was prior to Shambeko's generous weeding of the Solitaire recording iirc) ... have been searching HL a while now cannot find the thread :urff: anyone remember ?

I would suggest using the search function, but QB may get mad. :innocent:

Is this the thread ?

Thanks. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

I tried the search function (typed in Swindon, Solitaire, Effenaar, etc... same answer was: "no topics etc...")

;D Sorry, I could not resist. I appreciate the search capabilities when available, but I am not going to complain if they are gone. You indeed run a good shop around here. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Has the site gotten faster with the search disabled?

As QB has disabled the search, you could try google:

If you put site:www.myheartland.co.uk followed by your search term into google, it just searches heartland. Worth knowing IMO.

I'm going to ignore nigel d and go and post my discovery into the announcements forum ;D

Edit: Except I can't

You want to do the honours QB?
The link is http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=& ... land.co.uk

then just type your search terms after the stuff that appears in the search box.

I'd thought of a way that I could do it anyway. If I started a topic in Weeding, then moved it :innocent:

No worries ;)
