Chattering classes

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

just watched the local news. its a WWII bomb thats on a building site. some poor bloke dug it up with his digger apparently and threw it to one side before thinking 'oops'!! Best bit is they've evacuated the local offices apart from one poor receptionist whos been made to stay behind to answer the phones!!!!!!!!!

The latest, as snaffled from a certain local BBC radio station's computer at great risk to myself...aaaah, the life of a master of espionage:

"Leeds city centre is getting back to normal after a suspect package was found in Byron Street.

The device has now been taken away by bomb squad officers.

It was thought that the device was genuine and local businesses in and around Byron Street were cordoned-off.

The Leeds College of Building was one of the buildings where staff and students were ordered to leave and it will remain closed for the rest of the day."

Sooooo...make of that wot yer will...
