Help! do you know this track

Back when I was a student in portsmouth, about 1990, I heard this excellent saxophone track of a coming storm, which I taped off of a friend.

I thought he said its was by the sisters, but I have never been able to find it anywhere.

I have posted a clip that I got off of the tape (3.7mb) on my web site at:
