UNI

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Hey, you do a good job! And that you have the guts to talk/write it counts for a lot! Usually people are too shy to use what they've learned and that's a pity.

Having been to a private school, I would be tempted to say no.

With Mrs Fiend having worked in an inner-city comprehensive, I would be tempted to say yes.

Why thank you. Looks like I'm getting slowly better. :)

And yeah, it's a boarding school, though I've not boarded at it for about 4 years. The blazer is blue-green-white vertical striped.
I'm just thankful we don't have to wear hats.

Though they're getting slightly more relaxed now, many people wear band t-shirts under their normal shirts. Dunno if you're allowed or not. I personally wear a pentagram around my neck and keep it well hidden. Until I can afford a cheap Sisters pendant.

Nope, no way. I'd move to where the state schools were OK, loads of money or not. In fact that's what I did.

pure uni's 'red brick' can make up their own rules, other uni's follow these rules. poly were to uni as comprehensive was to grammar and therefore became unfashionable. i think

No no, that IS what it means. And we all know it. That's why most of us just refer to it as Bishop Grot. Sounds similar enough. ;)
