Hey, you do a good job! And that you have the guts to talk/write it counts for a lot! Nothing wrong with wearing a straw boater and and a skirt down to your ankles!
Another question. If you lot had loads of cash, would you ever consider sending your children to a private school

Having been to a private school, I would be tempted to say no.
With Mrs Fiend having worked in an inner-city comprehensive, I would be tempted to say yes.
The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

And yeah, it's a boarding school, though I've not boarded at it for about 4 years. The blazer is blue-green-white vertical striped.
I'm just thankful we don't have to wear hats.
Though they're getting slightly more relaxed now, many people wear band t-shirts under their normal shirts. Dunno if you're allowed or not. I personally wear a pentagram around my neck and keep it well hidden. Until I can afford a cheap Sisters pendant.
Hee hee...it's all very 'Adrian Mole'Dark wrote:

Five cups of coffee just to be myself...when I'd rather be somebody else
Nope, no way. I'd move to where the state schools were OK, loads of money or not. In fact that's what I did.elamanamou wrote:Nothing wrong with wearing a straw boater and and a skirt down to your ankles!

pure uni's 'red brick' can make up their own rules, other uni's follow these rules. poly were to uni as comprehensive was to grammar and therefore became unfashionable. i thinkelamanamou wrote:Please can someone explain to me the difference between Uni and Poly?

No no, that IS what it means. And we all know it. That's why most of us just refer to it as Bishop Grot. Sounds similar enough.Mrs. Snowey wrote:I desperately want that to translate as Bishop Big Bollock CollegeDebaser wrote:1. Bishop Grosseteste College - Lincoln
