Desk (usual smoking place) is dusted down of stray fag ash and strands of tobacco and now looks immaculate.
13 lighters have been retrieved from various drawers around the flat and chucked.
I've thrown out the rizlas, and the emergency rizla supply, and the extra-emergency-just-in-case rizla supply.
Good luck then.
In a way I even like this early phase of the first two or three days after quitting. I'm a heavy smoker and the absence of nicotine throws me into a realm of utter madness: can't drive, can't work, talk even more bs then normal. But it's a macho thing, and fighting my way through it is a strange kind of joy. The withdrawal itself is something I can cope with (with pain and madness and strong concentration).
I always fail later, when I try to make it a normal lifestyle.
So, best wishes, and yes, I'm tempted to follow you on your way...
