...and a HBD to Petseri

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Rumour has it you may even through in a few random HLers into the fire as well if the party gets a bit dull.

I should be so lucky, if I could get them to turn up

Hm, you would be happier if more HLers showed up so that you could burn them in a pit. We may be close to the reason why so few have been eager to come.

Do not feel so bad about people not showing. I once considered a "Still in Baltimore" barbeque here. (I currently live about 50 km as the crow flies from Baltimore.) BP probably would make it :D , but who else is in the general area? a_q. QuaziEvil, who left me hanging in a trade/weeding. :urff: Sounds like a grand time at my humble adobe!

A couple (long lost stefansonic comes to mind) are in New York, but that is a bit of a trek to come here for a day. There may be some HLers in Philadelphia or New Jersey as well, but I am not sure who they might be. I guess that BBB might have some business here one day. :?:
