In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. The first Sunday in October is...

October the first.

It's impossible for the 8th to be the first anything in any month, what with it being a week after the 1st ;)

That made sense when I thought it, but it looks odd. Oh well. Someone fetch me a tinfoil hat please

ahh, in that case can we make the smurphs on the 2nd sunday? the 9th?

we have a vague plan to have a HL weekender early in oct :D

friday 7th oct: friday flock @ phono
saturday 8th oct: heartland do @ wherever
sunday 9th oct: smurphs @ bassment, potentially with another band supporting

but its all VERY vague as yet!

The calendar on my phone has S for both Saturday and Sunday. Easy mistake to make. Saturday is October the 1st, Sunday is the 2nd (and 9th as it happens)
