Wake version of "Alice"

The very first word Von sings in the Wake video doesn't sound like "Alice". Any ideas?

as far as i can tell,he sings "25 years in the 1st verse and "26years in the last verse.taylor wrote:also in first & last & always change "26 years" - "25 years"
i can only assume this is because the last tour was a year after the track was written.they represent vons age at the time.(b.1959)
