Its all good in the hood...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

looks lovely. absolutely lovely. I like the asymmetrical design.

<pedantic bastard>On the downloads page, instead of applying an inline style, AND align="left" and border="0" attributes to the 3 IMG elements containing the WinAmp, ITunes, and Quictime logos, you should give them all a class which floats them left with a bit of left padding to space them out (and sets border:none). Same applies to the video stills.</pedantic bastard>

the first single "humsanam" is getting serious air play play on the indian networks and has been played a good few times on radio 1. and apparently the asian equiv of MTV (called B4 or osmething like that i think) have been hammering the video :notworthy:

its a top album too - very chilled and sort of like an indian version of massive attack, or something like that: loads of strings, synths, ethnic percussion alongside laid-back dance beats, plenty of sitars and wailing electric guitars :von:

I listened to a couple of the clips and they're really jolly good, I may investigate further.

I also recognised that iTunes logo :D

yep, but a bit more "ethnic" (sorry :urff:) and a bit less obviously dancey, and with urdu vocals.

Oh, it's that Choque bloke again, innit?

Got the CD, and liking it.

And the Salvation reissue is out Monday, he's got his production stuff, recording studio and label, he is a busy man.

I wonder when we get the Hollow Men reissues then...? Was it the 2nd LP, (The Man Who Would Be king) that had the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 'childcatcher' Von tribute cover? Cheeky.

Here we are children, come and get your lollipops...

Yup, just like the Sisters, before they crawled up their own arses or refused to release anything. 8)

By "they" I, of course, mean "him"

I forgave them, but it'll take a lot for me to forgive New Order.
