London Bombs - Part 2

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Unconfirmed reports of explosions at Shepherds Bush, The Oval and Warren Street tubes. Emergency services are attending all three scenes ...

What? My god this is freaky.

It can't be a repeat of a fortnight ago can it?

@ BD - All OK in your manor?

Doesn't appear to be on the scale of last time but lots of panic and confusion.

Just the other day there was something in the newspaper about 'Al Quaeda wanting to hit the heart of Europe'...

By the way: On top of the bus... Again... Strange :urff:

Probably someone taking the p*ss, TBH. Whoever planted the dummy bombs. I can't see any other reason for it. Pretty nasty though.

Did I hear the lady on BBC1 (she's just done, or busy now) right saying it was 'an English guy with a rucksack that seemed to explode' :?:

Apparently someone's rucksack exploded, powerful enough to blow it open, but do no damage, and someone said the man looked "extremely dismayed". :P

It's all gonna be ok, no-one was killed..

All well. Last time it was my work stop (Liv St). This time it's my home stop (Shepherds Bush). Useless lot.

That's what I'm sayin'! Look, if next time you start your car it just grinds a bit and doesn't turn over immediately, get out and run. That's how they tried to kill Denzel in The Pelican Brief, and although he wasn't a lawyer, he did wear pinstipe suits.

Or it could just mean that your car needs another trip to the shop, which is more likely...
