happy birthday zaltys7

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Maybe instead of sending him a letter, if we have his address, someone nearby should go see if he's okay?

Another perspective is leave it. If people have written real letters to him already letting him know they/we are thinking of him then maybe it's better to leave it with him?

Just a thought, and if it comes across as uncaring that's not the intention.

I agree with ruffers

I thought about it a lot too. In fact every time I write here about how I'm worried by the silence, I feel kind of guilty, I think it may seem nosy and annoying and out of place and so on. But then again I'm not so sure , judging by the opennes of Paul's messages before the silence... Geez, I don't know. You could be right, I'll leave it like that. I just hope we'll hear some good news soon.

I don't think anyone here is questioning your concern _emma_, and I for one know how much the well wishes and cards helped me during my recent illness. I certainly think we should keep him in our thoughts and hope he returns soon, both fit and well.

if he knows people are trying to get in touch and for whatever reason chooses not to,then yeah-give him space.the last thing i'ld want is someone turning up on the doorstep when i was dealing with something serious.

And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

You can turn your back on a person, but never turn your back on a drug, especially when its waving a razor sharp hunting knife in your eye
