Can YOU change the world?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Of the comic, not of doomsex, obviously. erm.
Ditto. I own a copy signed by the artist, he also drew a picture on the back cover.

I met him at Bristol, he's really into technology and was gonna show me some stuff on his laptop. I had to decline, sadly, as I was late for the bus home.
it was published when I was going through a big (subculturally-aware-) comic reading phase (late 80s / early 1990s) and I'd come across Warren Ellis and D'Israeli in Deadline and various other rags. I read Lazarus Churchyard in Blast! which was rather good.

I own the last two issues of Blast. The Sisters of Mercy get a mention in one of the stories. I use to read loads of comics, Lazarus Churchyard, Tank Girl, Akira, Maus. My cousin use to read them in the early/mid 90s and I use to go over to his house and raid his comic collection. He later gave me a big pile of them when he went away to uni.

And isn't it cool that they're naming comics after HL members? :innocent:

Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

I'm sure there are many comics with "The Dark ......" in them, but whether there's a character just called Dark, I wouldn't know.
