Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I was born 30 years too late, my musical taste, however, is impeccable.
I was born 10 years too late and my musical taste, however, is impeccable (apart from the dodgy BM perhaps but you all knew about that anyway)
BM = Black Metal?

Wayne Campbell: Yeah?
Garth: Do you ever get the feeling Benjamin's just using us?
Wayne: Good call. It's like he wants us to be liked by everyone. I mean, Led Zeppelin didn't write tunes everybody liked. They left that to the Bee Gees.

Strange as it may seem, my bestest mate at school who dragged me into this underworld went through a Barry Manilow phase before discovering his angst under a Joy Division duvet.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.

And in response to such an admission, I defer to your superior knowledge of the current music scene and ask you to recommend some contemporary tunesmiths to me. I feel a trip to HMV coming on, having received some new shiny silver plastic. Nothing too obscure mind. I never got past track 2 of Pere Ubu's first album, despite Eldricth's accolades.
Any other listeners born after the death of my interest are more than welcome to contribute to my re-education.
