I want a Pet Fox :|

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Heh. I'd just like to live in a forest with a fox in it, really. I'd only put a collar on it so I can tell it apart from other foxes :P But that does seem like going a bit far.

But I don't see what's wrong with offering an animal shelter if it really looks harmed and lost.

I think I prefer animals to humans a lot of the time. Maybe it's not a question of me domesticating a fox, but a fox wilding me.

I see 'em all the time, night owl that I am. Squaring up to each other across the road outside my house. They're lovely.

One time I shouted (quietly, if that's possible) "Helloooo foxy!" out the window to one of them, and it just stopped dead and looked up at me.

Then it crapped itself and ran.

  Oh well.

I would also like a pet fox. Approx. six feet tall, slim build, dark hair preferred. Gainful employment a plus, stamina essential.

A collar on a fox probably isn't a good idea, it'll throttle itself on something in no time as happens to many cats.

Oh, Jen, is 6 foot 5 too much?

You can't take a wild - or semi-wild, which is about the same to me - into your house!

The poor animal is not made for that and will be bored to that and all that...

I'll just stick with my doggy...
