You're all a bloody disgrace!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

As I've mentioned before, I've been to your tufty little dormitory of a home town. So I can imagine roughly what you sound like, honey.

Why would I want to catch flies?

You may not. But if I'M catching flies, I take the "bucket of s**t" approach, as opposed to the "spoonful of honey"... really, keep up, it's not that difficult! :P ;D

Maybe you should call me your little bucket of s**t. :innocent:

Could be worse Mr S. I hear Goole's really grim.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.

But for all your flaws, you don't strike me as being a bucket of s**t, irrespective of size. And I'm still not trying to catch flies, so the whole image remains unnecessary and slightly distasteful.

Honey is rather more versatile in my experience, Honey.

Sometimes I disappoint myself. There are arguably two positive comments on a single thread now. :urff:

I left there at age 18, then permanently age 24. Never looked back. It's a dismal grey place.

Well, I left for Nottingham, hung around there for about 10 years, then moved to Brighton.

Brighton is decidedly less grey than Coventry.

Brighton is, without a doubt, decidely more tolerant than most cities I've lived in.

It does, however, share some of the more unfortunate characteristics of the South of England.

and you can't make sand-castles on the beach. :(
i've got family in brighton so i used to stay there a lot as a kid.my memories of it then are nothing like how it is now.loads of ex-travellers, who for some reason think they can slag off people who still live on the road;but are more than happy to cash in their traveller credentials when
trying to buy something (vehicles, persian rugs etc.) at site prices.

Yes, but there's a bloody large sand sculpture exhibition on there at the moment! It's a bit much to get in so we just climbed up a wall and had a look at it instead :innocent:
