youre 46 & you decide to throw a party in leeds for all your friends, it costs you £10k to put it on, but so what.
you dont tell anyone beforehand, but you go in fancy dress - as nwobhm godfather rob halford no less - & get to dish out classic one liners to the (nervous) guests as they arrive, but are disappointed that noone has a long chat about cricket with you.
in the light of a lack of imminent product from tsom, i shall be starting a campaign to have andrew eldritch installed as the next dr who. billie piper, von & ever faithful drum machine doktor avalanche travel in time & space. yes.
i cant make any of the european gigs, but would like to see some of the following;
1.the band arriving on stage on motorbikes (see judas priest website for details)
2.more laugh tracks cos we miss them.can i suggest;
-living after midnight
-ace of spades
-strong arm of the law
-armed & ready.
any others?
can attendees at this weeks gigs heckle for these on my behalf please
3.a 2 minute drum solo by the doktor
4. guitars with rev counters
yours in retribution

Not exactly Moby Dick, is it? Slight variation of classic 4/4 timing - the kind of thing you learn on Day 1 at Drummer School.Motz wrote:And what else do you consider the intro to Driven Like the Snow to be?
(Drumming does take more than one day, for the cynical amongst you).
